the past three months I have ordered a farm sink,
a vessel sink, as well as, kitchen and bathroom
faucets. Shipping and delivery was very fast and
efficient. A small porcelain peice on one of the
faucets was chipped during the shipping and Designer
Plumbing offered to replace the faucet immediately.
I would never have thought that ordering such large
and substantial peices would be so easy and efficient.

I am a building contractor in the Boise, Idaho area.
I am currently doing a remodel & addition for
a customer who saw an Aquatic Air Tub while in San
Diego and decided they wanted to have one in their
new Master Suite.
My plumber spent a day with his suppliers and got
one confirmed to ship. 2 days later the supplier
backed out and said they could substitute a different
brand, same size but for less money. This turned
out to be a smaller tub for less money. I began
calling all of the local distributors of Aquatic
but they were all too willing to sell their "in
stock" line and made it sound like a daunting
task to special order a tub.
I was getting close to having to make a decision
due to time constraints. I got on the net and after
a little searching found your site. In order to
make sure I was going to purchase exactly want my
customer wanted I e-mailed your help site to ask
specific questions about the Aquatic Tub that my
customer wanted. This was on a late Friday and by
Saturday morning I had a completely satisfying answer
from Tracy. I then had another question and again
e- mailed Tracy who returned an answer to my question
in a short time. By Sunday night I had confirmed
with my customer that Designer Plumbing was the
way we were going to go.
On Monday morning when I went to place the order
I was confused on a heater option. I called and
guess what? I got Tracy on the phone. She could
not immediately answer the question but she called
the factory and within 15 minutes she had the answer
for me. The tub order was placed and my customers
are happy and I cant believe the quality of service
I received. In today's busy market many people in
the service industry and customer relations industry
take their job as just a job, Tracy brings old fashion
sincerity and a pleasant attitude back to the work
place.(plus she gets the job done...promptly)
